Foam cakes
These molds are solid tube pans shaped out of paper. The hollow center helps transfer heat just like with metal tube pans. Each mold can be fitted with a matching lid, allowing the cake to be sold in the mold it was baked in. The Small Paper Tube Pan is a popular size among our customers.
